How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 7-10 business days
European Union: 10-14 business days
International: 10-20 business days

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Is shipping free?

Spain: free shipping on orders of €35 or more (€2.99 for smaller orders)
European Union: free shipping on orders of €45 or more (€3.99 for smaller orders)
International: €7.99

Can I return a product?

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

How do I request a return?

Which products cannot be returned?

Opened or used personal hygiene products, personalized items, sale products, digital products once downloaded, and gift cards are excluded from returns.

How can I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos or a video of the problem. We will resolve it with a reshipment or a full refund at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is accepted, it is not possible to cancel it. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible at soporte@zenitstore.es and we will try to help you.
